By accessing this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Availability

• All fruits listed on the website are subject to availability based on seasonal and market conditions.

• Images are for representation only. Actual fruit size, color, and packaging may vary.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without prior notice.

3. Order & Delivery

• Orders are accepted for delivery within Mumbai only, unless otherwise specified.

• Please ensure all delivery details (name, address, contact number) are accurate at the time of placing your order.

• Customers are expected to inspect the fruits at the time of delivery. No claims will be entertained post-delivery (except for advance payment refunds as mentioned in our policy).

• For Fruit Hampers and custom baskets, advance payment is required, and no cancellations or returns are allowed once the order is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

• Payments can be made securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.

• For orders outside Mumbai or customized hampers, 100% advance payment is mandatory.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of non-payment, incorrect details, or any suspicious activity.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is detailed separately [link to Return & Refund Policy]. In brief:

• Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.

• No returns or refunds are allowed after delivery, due to the perishable nature of fruits.

• For advance payments, partial refunds for damaged fruits may be issued if reported within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product names — is the property of Quintessentials and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to ensure accurate information and quality service, but we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, or damages arising from the use of our website or services.

• In case of technical errors, payment failures, or unexpected delays, our liability is limited to refunding the payment or replacing the product, wherever applicable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, place false orders, interfere with operations, or try to hack or alter the site or payment systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
